At atlas we understand that all house clearances are different.

We quote on a job by job basis and clear all house hold contents in the property including loft spaces, garages, sheds and more.

Below are some frequently asked questions an answers to help with any queries you might have involving your clearance.

FAQ's

Do you allow for valuable contents?

Yes, if we deem any of the contents of the house clearance to have value, we'll deduct it from the tipping and labour fee's from your quote, occasionally this will even cancel out the costs of the job or we could actually purchase the contents.

What condition will the property be left in once you finish?

We aim to please, that's why we'll always leave the property as tidy as possible we also have a team of cleaners that can be requested to do a full clean after we've finished.

How long will my house clearance take?

Most house clearances will be completed comfortably in between one and three days, there can be exceptions when a house has an unusual amount of contents but this is still well within our scope and we have handled plenty of longer properties ranging from a derelict school, hoarders properties and manor houses in kent.

The cost of a house clearance is usually based on labour and tipping costs, we do allow for items of value and will also donate, re-home and recycle anything we can in order to lower tipping fees and benefit the enviroment.
